HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping costs for orders among UE countries are set between € 9,00 and € 20,00. Costs may change depending on the chosen UPS shipment option (Standard, Expedited or Express Saver), the destination country and the weight of the parcel. The exact amount of shipping costs is shown directly in the summary order before the final confirmation of the order itself. Extra-UE countries shipping costs are shown directly in the order summary before the final confirmation of the order itself. Please note that custom duties for Extra-CEE purchases are up to the customers and are to be paid directly to the courier. thepitchfootball.com can’t estimate the exact amount of shipping costs in advance. Addresses inside Italy are considered domestic addresses. Shipping costs for domestic orders under € 200,00 are set at € 6,90. Cash on delivery shipping costs are € 3,00 higher. Domestic orders over € 200,00 are free of charge. Cash on delivery shipping costs for orders over € 200,00 are set at € 3,00. For Italian remote places (see file) shipping costs are € 5,00 higher. You can not ship purchases in Livigno!
WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The shipment is usually arranged the working day after the placing of the order. The finding of some items can sometimes take longer time and delivery may therefore be postponed of another working day. Outside Italy shipments are managed by UPS courier. Delivery times are those estimated by UPS courier: from 1 to 5 working days for Europe countries with UPS Standard Service; from 3 to 5 working days in the rest of the world according to the chosen shipment option (UPS Standard, UPS Express Saver or UPS Expedited). Domestic orders all over Italy are managed by TNT Global Express S.p.A. courier or SDA Express Courier S.p.A. All the orders will be delivered within 48/72 hours. Shipping services are not available on Saturday and Sunday.
WHAT HAPPENS IF ANYONE ISN’T AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AT THE MOMENT OF THE DELIVERY?
If you are out at the time of delivery the UPS courier will leave a card explaining where the parcel is and how to get in touch with the courier in order to arrange another delivery.
WHAT CAN I DO IF I WANT TO WITHDRAW FROM PURCHASE?
• It is possible to return one or more items ordered in cases where an incorrect size or product has been ordered, or the goods have defects and / or damage, filling the return form HERE • It is possible to start the free return procedure no later than 30 days from receipt of the product. • The free return is a service valid only for Italy • The returned items must necessarily be in their original condition, must not show signs of wear and / or use and must be accompanied by the original box or packaging including any accessories. IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER AN ITEM WHICH IS NOT PUBLISHED IN THE ONLINE CATALOGUE?
We are sorry but we do not accept orders of items which are not published in the online catalogue

DO YOU MAKE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPINGS?
thepitchfootball.com makes shipments only to UE countries and to Switzerland.
WHAT IF I LIVE OUTSIDE ITALY AND I WANT TO MAKE AN ORDER?
You can make an order even if you live outside Italy. Please register yourself on thepitchfootball.com, specify your country, full address and phone number and then place your order.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO WHEN I RECEIVE MY PARCEL?
When the courier gives you the parcel you will have to: o Check the package is suitable, intact, neither damaged nor wet o Check the number of parcels is the one written on the delivery note Please note that any complaint should be done immediately to the courier otherwise the delivery is considered correctly made. Please keep all the documents you find in the folder put on the package.
